Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy
To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we at My Mom’s Granola, ship via reputed e-commerce shipping partners.
My Mom’s Love offers free delivery. Our prices are inclusive of all taxes.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders are dispatched at the earliest and you should receive your granolas within 1 – 7 working days. We ship throughout the week, except Saturday, Sunday & Public holidays. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the shipping address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
Track your order
When the order is shipped, the complete shipping details of the order, along with the tracking number of the courier service, will be sent to you via email.
Cancel an order
Please note that cancellations have to be made within a maximum 12 hours of placing an order.
A formal email specifying the Order Number has to be sent to us within 12 hours of placing the order. However, cancellation of an order will not be accepted if the order has been processed. The customer agrees that the company’s decision is final in accepting or denying the cancellation request.
Can you send a personalised message with the gift?
Yes, we can send your personalised message / greetings along with your gifts. Just type in your message in the message box in the order form. Your message will be hand-written and sent along with the gift.
All our products are shipped after due quality inspection of the contents and expiry date etc. Due to which, we do not accept returns unless you receive the product in a damaged condition or past its expiry date.
While, it is very unlikely that you will receive a product beyond its expiration date or in a damaged condition. In case the same happens, we will immediately accept the return of such products and would ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost if available or refund your money for the same. Please make sure that the original product and receipt is saved to facilitate such returns.
If you think you have received a damaged product, please drop us an email on email@example.com mentioning your order ID and we will attend to it at the earliest.
We will offer a refund only in case the product received is past its expiration date or in a damaged condition. In case you have used an online method of payment we will initiate the refund using the same payment gateway.
Please note refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. The name for the refund should match with the name you have issued the payment in
Refunds will typically be processed in three business days from our end and will be credited to your account in ten business days.
