Vegan Delight

This one's for all the vegan lovers out there. Easy to make, you can have it anytime hunger bites.

 

Ingredients

  1. 50 gms fresh yoghurt made from coconut milk
  2. 25 gms My Mom’s Granola – Vegan
  3. ½ Banana sliced
  4. Seeds of ½ pomegranate

 Method

  1. In a bowl, place the coconut milk yoghurt
  2. Place the banana slices on one side of the bowl and the pomegranate seeds on the other side
  3. Top it with My Mom’s Granola

Serve chilled
